On August 28, 2026, SASCO organized the conference "Month of Listening to Union Members and Employees" under the theme "Listening to Understand – Accompanying for Development."

The conference served as an occasion for SASCO to brief union members and employees on business performance results during the first seven months of the year while outlining key tasks for the final five months of 2026. Updates regarding policy implementation, welfare systems, and training programs were also shared during the event.

In an open and democratic atmosphere, employees directly exchanged views, contributed opinions, and raised practical proposals concerning employment, income, policy benefits, working conditions, shift management, career advancement opportunities, skills training, and digital transformation.
