• Support Counter 1: Located right in front of the baggage claim area, where passengers collect their checked luggage after the flight.
• Support Counter 2: Near Gate A3, the arrival exit area. If luggage is not found at the baggage claim area, passengers can head to this counter for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL:
