Delivery methods
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon completing the booking and payment, customers will receive an email confirming the successful booking and payment, along with an electronic ticket code to the email address provided during the booking process.
2. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS / SERVICE TRANSFER
- If you need to adjust order details due to an error during the booking process, please contact SASCO for assistance.
- Acceptable adjustments include: Usage Date, Customer Name, Email Address for Receiving the Electronic Ticket
- Requests for adjustments must be submitted to SASCOat least 48 hours prior to the service usage date.
